Lindsay
Lindsay has been a part of the fitness industry since she was in high school and has been working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2007. Her expertise is guiding both men and women in weight loss, resistance training, and overall health. She also has experience working with children and seniors. She has been a key asset at Manhattan Athletic Club since 2011, helping countless clients reach goals, and several of them have gone on to become independent workout warriors.
Lindsay earned her personal training license through the American Sports and Fitness Association® and has Group Fitness Certifications in Zumba®, Aqua, and numerous forms of Dance. She also happens to teach two of our most popular classes—“Abs & Glutes” and “Cardio Dance Party”.
Lindsay will apply customized exercise programs and nutritional guidance based on each client’s goals, interests, and medical history. In addition, she will provide her clients with the motivation, support, and accountability vital to keeping them engaged—helping them reach their fitness goals and changing their lives as a result.
Lindsay loves her job and has a passion for helping others through their fitness journey. To watch a client succeed is the ultimate reward for her.
Walter
Walter Mall is a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast. In 2009, he became A.F.A.A. certified as a Personal Trainer in New Mexico—his first stop in the U.S. after leaving his native Italy. Upon moving to New Orleans with his family in 2010, Manhattan Athletic Club hired him as a personal trainer, and he has been a model of reliability and excellence in his profession.
When it comes to exercising, he strongly believes in consistency and sustainability. Naturally, his favorite clients are people that, just like him, have to juggle busy personal lives along with the goal of being in their best shape possible. It is no coincidence that the varying challenges these clients present to Walter keep him engaged, and he is always reshaping his theories, methods, and education to adapt to the industry’s best practices of customized training and nutrition regimens.
