What are your rates?
We offer a variety of memberships types and promotions, so please contact a Membership Coordinator to discuss which plan is best suited for you. Ask about our current specials!
What are your contract term lengths?
We offer everything from single day out-of-town visitor passes to 1-month-term memberships, month-to-month memberships, 3-month memberships, 1-year and 2-year memberships. We attempt to structure our membership plans to accommodate the various financial and life circumstances of our members and potential members. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards, as well as checking or savings account information for membership payments.
How do I change my form of payment?
Call The Club at 504-362-2200 and ask for a Membership Coordinator.
What's included in my membership?
Virtually all amenities, including all group fitness classes, are included in your membership. However, a few services we offer require additional fees—these include child care, tanning, personal training, small group or one-on-one Pilates, and locker rental fees (lockers are always available for use, simply not for overnight storage without a rental).
How do I terminate my membership?

Is my membership transferable?
Yes! We do allow for this convenience. Simply speak with a membership coordinator for the details by which a membership transfer is accomplished.
