We want you to feel completely comfortable in our facility; all new members are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
Complimentary Sessions are one hour in length and are to be scheduled by appointment directly with the trainers (contact information available on the Trainer Bios page). During this hour, you can expect a customized assessment of your current fitness level, flexibility, strength, and mobility. Bodyfat testing and body measurements are also options. Your certified trainer will use this information to provide you with guidance and personalized fitness recommendations, helping you understand your specific fitness needs and to ensure that you exercise safely. The trainer will also orient you with our strength and cardio machines and answer any nutrition or other fitness-related questions you may have.
Some members prefer to continue with a personal trainer to help them achieve success, some prefer our group fitness, and some prefer to try on their own. Your Complimentary Session with a Certified Personal Trainer will make sure you get started in the right direction.
