Manhattan Athletic Club offers a complete selection of group classes for your enjoyment – classes designed for a broad range of fitness levels and interests. Our instructors are trained to guide you through your own workout – at the intensity and speed that you desire. Our goal is for every member to have a fun, safe and challenging workout. Manhattan Athletic Club features 3 group fitness studios:
- Mind-Body & Pilates Studio (second floor)
- Features a soft sport floor, highly-flexible lighting scheme—including serene, low-level lighting, and quick-response temperature control.
- Indoor Cycling/Spinning Studio (second floor)
- Dedicated cycling studio featuring the new biomechanically advanced LifeCycle® GX Series and a fun atmosphere!
- Group Fitness Studio (first floor)
- Large, state-of-the-art, multi-purpose studio for our Les Mills™ and most highly-attended classes; fully-stocked with the highest grade of equipment available for each class.
